The Beacon/Morris model "BMF" high efficiency unit heater achieves 80% thermal efficiencies and annual fuel savings of up to 25% over conventional natural vented unit heaters. The "BMF" features a standard factory installed power venter and sealed flue collector that controls combustion and excess air during on cycles. STANDARD FEATURES: ETL certified for 80% efficiencies 10 sizes ranging from 100 to 400 MBH Aluminized steel heat exchanger -20 gauge Optional 409 and 321stainless steel heat exchangers Single stage gas valve (STD) Optional 2 stage and modulating gas valves Spark Ignition (STD) on BMEF and BMSF models Available in Natural or LP gas Easy burner access with individual removable burners Two point suspension 10 Year Warranty (when purchased new) Factory fire tested Beacon-Morris Model "BMEF" propeller unit heaters are ETL certified and verified.   The above text was copied from Beacon Morris web site. This unit was fully tested, and works great, by my HVAC guy prior to removal before the building was sold and demoed. The unit was used very little as the building was unoccupied for most ofthe time it was hanging in the building. It is a model # BMF100 115 Volts Single phase. If you need it shipped all shipping expenses are the buyers responsibility + $25.00 handling fee. Pickup is from Deerfield Illinois about 25 miles North of Chicago.
