Customer Responsibility. We strongly recommend that if you are within driving distance of R2E (Western Suburbs) that you come by and inspect any piece of equipment, so that you are completely satisfied prior to bidding. Storage Policy. Unless prior arrangements have been approved, all items are required to be removed or shipped within 14 days of the end of auction, a fee of $10.00 a day for small items and $20.00 a day for items needing forklift assistance will be assessed. Items left beyond 30 days will be considered abandoned and bidder forfeits the rights to the item/items and the items will be resold to cover storage fees and bidder will not qualify for any refunds. Delicate and expensive equipment requires special handling to ensure its safe delivery. Extra Charges for bubble wrap, foam packing, wood crating, and wood skids/palletizing will be determined according to item size. This information will be given to the buyer. Items requiring forklift assistance will be subject to the following Loading Fees: Pounds Cost Up to 1,000 $ 30.00 1,001 to 2,000 $ 60.00 2,001 to 3,000 $90.00 3,000 to 5,000 $100.00 Maximum will be 5000 lbs. Anything over 5000 lbs. will require special notice and authorization. United States Postal Service (USPS). Estimated USPS delivery time within the US is 3 to 7 business days from the time the order is processed. Please take into consideration we are closed on weekends and most Holidays. Freight. Items above 149 lbs. must be shipped via freight carrier. Please contact our shipping department for freight quotes, message us on eBay. All estimates are subject to change depending upon drop-off location. Carriers will assess and extra charge if delivery is made to a residential area and/or if the services of a lift gate are required. If bidder arranges their own freight, please address any concerns or complaints to the freight company in question. We can assist afterwards with documentation but any claims must be initiated by the bidder. Foam packing, Wood crating and Palletizing. Charges will be determined according to the size of the item. We make our own pallets and crates. Our pallets and crates are made to fit the item being shipped to ensure your equipment arrives intact. Foam and/or palletizing charges mostly range from $42.00 to $95.00. This is highly recommended for expensive and delicate items. Full crating (recommended when using large freight carriers) can range from $75.00 to $600.00 depending on the size of the item. All Packing Charges Include Loading Fees.
