This is a beautiful circa 1980 IBM Selectric III electric typewriter in two-tone, black and tan.  The machine has been cleaned and parts have been oiled.  All of the letter and number keys work in their lowercase and uppercase positions.  The shift, shift lock, back spacer, and tabulator set and clear work.  In my opinion, this machine is ready for regular use, however I must state that I am not an expert and one must use their own judgement and the photographs before they make their decision.  The typewriter has a good ribbon already installed and ready.  Overall, I believe the typewriter is in good aesthetic and mechanical condition and serves as a lovely functional fixture in anyone's home office, or collection. Due to the size of the item, I offer only Free Local Pickup and can accept only cash.  I do not accept returns.
