This item was purchased for our restaurant on the assurance by local gas co. that a conversion to propane [the only gas available out here in the NH boonies] was routine.  When it was unwrapped for this process, it was discovered that this specific Garland unit cannot be converted.  We purchased it from a very reputable company, from which we also purchased other excellent used items, which showed videos of it working beautifully in their shop.  As there was no misrepresentation on their part, it could not be returned... which is good for you because now it can be yours!  [Chef-love of great equipment kicking in? Yes?  Also have a pasta cooker - also natural gas- in another listing!]  Please look at the pictures carefully and ask any questions before bidding as there is no return.
