Regular 19.95 Beekeeper Invents Versatile Multi-use Tool for Home Owner and Contractor Chadron, Nebraska - Don Richards, a former commercial beekeeper and owner of Pine Ridge Tools in Chadron, Nebraska, invented a new tool called the Shizel. Not only is it a great new beekeeping tool, but also an excellent multi-use tool for the home owner and contractor.  The tool uses the initial principles from when man first began utilizing tools, incorporating the lever and fulcrum. A machinist and farmer assisted to improve upon the initial concept.  After extensive testing and design modifications, the patented tool was set-up to manufacture for industry. The balanced ergonomic handle, beveled edge, nail slot, allow for prying, scraping, and nail pulling while the bent support piece can be used as an anvil for striking when chiseling. One beekeeper gave the Shizel a 10+ on a scale of 1 to 10. A contractor wrote, “ I used the tool many times for multiple applications; scraping, prying, pulling nails, staples, etc. from plywood.  Also used it to lift flooring and carpet as well. Simple, effective tool”? The Shizel can be used with carpentry repairs and remodeling. Great for fixing doors, flooring, painting surfaces, and window repair.  It is ideal for the lawn and garden; clean shovels, remove grass from under lawn mower decks, dig weeds, transplant flowers, straighten pavers and retaining wall brick. Mr. Richards indicated that the tool is professionally manufactured and is made with stainless steel and will last for years.  More Info at Shizel Tool
