MACHINE BEKUM H-121S: Blower Brand BEKUM REBUILT Model H-121S (single workstation) equipped with conventional hydraulic drive for the movement of the carriage, mold closing and calibration device, the extruder base with adjustable height, electrical connection: 220 or 440 volts, 60 Hz, 3 phase control panel integrated into the machine and control system including PLC DIRECT LOGIC: 8 zone temperature control, machine operation by touch screen type, menu selection and data entry process through the display control panel settings machine movements in manual and automatic operation. Preparation for 2 additional temperature control zones A vertical / angular hydraulic calibration. Cold cutting device. Extruder model S701 smooth cylinder, 30HP motor drive and CD drive support cylinder 70mm spindle; L / D 24: 1 for polyolefins double head 140 mm centers for PE. Scheduler thicknesses SPINN TRIMMER Trimmer for cutting container dome domes (automatic servo motor for cold cutting) The estimated container 1/4 liter and 1/2 liter production is 600 pieces per hour.
