This is a good used condition Belshaw EP 18/24/34 Proofer/Proofing Cabinet. Clean and all appears to be in working order; I did use this a few times to test it out after purchasing it and everything seems to work; heats up, fan works, water level alarm works and humidity is adjustable. All plexiglass doors have been replaced! One door (top door) is missing the handle, but is still usable as is. We had hoped to be able to setup our own donut shop, but it doesn’t look like that dream is going to happen. Selling all equipment that we had purchased; please see my other auctions for a fryer, glazer, frying screens, and mixer. It accepts Proofing and Frying screens from floor model fryers up to 24"x 24". It also accepts proofing trays for Donut Robot systems. EP18/24 has 6 doors and 17 shelves for convenient use. Screens or trays can be inserted or removed at any time. Plexiglass doors allow the operator to check how the contents are rising. The proofer is also suitable for baking pans and general bakery usage.
