For your consideration: BENJAMIN Industrial Signal Horn Alarm Siren AC 110V Tested and working. I applied 110V AC to internal contact screws and unit let out a loud buzzing type sound. This is while the back cover was off. Unit looks to have been painted I tried to remove paint on the oval label but only markings I could find were numbers 110-60 etched onto unit. On the inside AC connector I did see Benjamin etched on it (see photos). I took photos of the inside and outside for your review. Comes as shown in photos.
