This is for a Berkeley Deep Well Pump This is a Berkeley brand 4" Deep Well Pump. The Berkeley pump is a Pentair company product. This pump is a 1/2 hp, 10 Gallon per Minute (GPM) pump The pump is a 3 wire pump, this pump works off single phase power and is set up for 115v SPECIFICATIONS Brand: Berkeley Pump Type: Deep Well HORSEPOWER: 1/2 HP Gallons per Minute (GPM): 10 GPM NUMBER of STAGES: 7 VOLTAGE: 115v, 1-phase, 60 Hz NUMBER of WIRES: 2 wire plus ground SHELL: 304 Stainless Steel All of our water pumps are new old stock. We have opened and inspected the pumps to ensure there is no damage and that everything is included. The pumps will ship as they came from the factory, in factory box, with all factory packaging and manual unless it is noted otherwise. This unit will ship in the original box with everything that would have been included from the factory. The boxes will have at least some wear but none of them have any major damage. Berkeley's originally offered a warranty that covered 12 months after installation or 18 months after manufacture. We are NOT a Berkeley dealer, so the Berkeley limited warranty will not apply. However, we will warrant the pump based on the exact terms and conditions of the Berkeley Limited Warranty for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. This will provide a proper amount of time to install the pump and confirm that it is in perfect working order as advertised. We will be happy to correct any issue that may arise with this or any product. You MUST ensure that you are connecting the pump properly. The pump is wired for single phase, 230v power. Please read the wiring instructions in the manual prior to installing. We will not accept a return for any pumps that were wired incorrectly.
