IT HAD SOME TAPE IN IT WHEN WE GOT IT. IT HAS SOME SCRATCHES ON THE FRONT OF THE UNIT. ON TOP WERE IT SAYS BETTER PACKS IT HAS A DIAL, IT HAS SCRATCHES ACROSS THAT AREA. IT IS MISSING THE WATER DISPENSER PART, AS WELL AS THE BRUSHES THAT WET THE TAPE. WE TRIED IT OUT AND IT WAS WORKING BY ADVANCING THE TAPE AND CUTTING IT. THE ONLY THING I NOTICED, ON THE TOP THERE IS A HINGE AND IT HAS A CRACK. YOU CAN PROBABLY SUPERGLUE IT OR DO NOT WORRY ABOUT IT.
