This Better Pack heat tape cutter machine is almost real good used. It comes on and the roller rolls. It’s stops and cuts then does it over and over again. It won’t stop till you turn it off. That’s all know just about. So it looks close to complete. Missing the water reservoir and at least one little colored button. Needs cleaned up. I promise that it does all I say it does but I know something g is wrong with it that I can’t adjust. Yeh the heater does warm up. I don’t know if it warms up to where it needs to be but it does warm up. I try to describe and take a lot of pics. Please know what you are buying and if you have questions please ask. Make sure you really want the item you are purchasing. No returns. I ship on fridays but if you need this item sooner I can probably accommodate you, just ask.
