This is a bezel for the 16X2 LCD display. The bezel mounts above the mounting surface but the LCD module mounts below the mounting surface. Included in the kit are 4 mounting screws four nuts and 8 spacers. The screws go through the bezel above the mounting surface. The spacers are used to adjust for a differing panel thickness. They are placed between the LCD module and the mounting surface. The nuts are used to hold all the parts in place. With the screws supplied this bezel can be mounted on a panel up to 3mm thick. The mounting surface needs to have 4 3mm holes and one rectangular hole for the LCD. A template is supplied with the kit. The LCD is NOT included.
