This item is made with lab grade borosilicate glass. It is the same material used to make pyrex and lab glass. They are thermal shock resistant and much stronger than regular soda-lime glass. 18" length x 1.5" diameter. We use a smaller diameter tube for maximum yield and a thick wall for excellent durability. It also comes with a neoprene sleeve and a 325 mesh T-316 alloy stainless steel screen and hose clamp. Returns and Warranty Claims All products are sold AS IS without warranty. We must be notified of damage within 24 hours of delivery confirmation. The customer is responsible for returning the damaged merchandise and once received and verified, we will send a replacement at our expense. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for new items only. All returned items must be new and in their original state when sold (original tags/packaging intact). Used/opened products are not eligible for return for any reason. Used products which are returned will not be refunded. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges are nonrefundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping charges. To return a new item, send the item back to the return address along with a copy of the packing slip. We recommend using a shipping service with tracking and/or insurance. Packages which are marked refused, return to sender, undeliverable as addressed, or otherwise returned will be treated as returns and also will have the original shipping charge deducted from the refund.
