FOR SALE USED BIDDLE INSTRUMENTS AC/DC HIGH POT TESTER The AC/DC High Pot Tester with Catalog No.230425 available from Biddle are designed with safety and ease of operation. They come readily adapt for development, maintenance, and production testing. These instruments are designed to test the dielectric strength of electrical insulation and the ground circuit continuity of three-wire appliances and other devices. They feature front-panel adjustable leakage current trip, one-second or continuous testing, and an automatic failure shutdown.
