It is being offered so Inexpensively here, because the Auger Drive Motor will not power up. Existing motor will require a rebuild or Replacement is my best guess. However, It may be something simpler like the Breaker. For this auction, I will presume the motor requires replacement. I have tested the smaller air circulating working motor. Total Equipment weight without packaging is ~ 80 lbs and Base is 16" x 35" x 16" The Pictured Buffet Enhancements Model #1BACF35 Three (3) Tier, 35" Tall Chocolate Syrup Fountain, is the exact Item you will receive as Winner of this Auction. The 1HP motor is currently not working on this Unit, and will need to be rebuilt or replaced. (1.0 hp, 115 volt, 3 amp, 1380 rpm, 41 in. per lb. torque). Perhaps the Breaker is all that needs replacing, but I am assuming the worst for this Auction. This is HEAVY DUTY Equipment, However a Little Insight for this Manufacturer and Fountain ~~~~~ When placed beneath Counter Tops and low air Circulation areas in Under counter Buffet applications, these motors have a tendency to burn up without adequate ventilation. This even though there is a small ~5" Rectangular Computer Flat style circulating fan, beneath the vent hole on the Bottom side of this Chocolate Fountain. If you are considering this Unit for an under Counter set up, I would discourage you, unless you up the volume of air turned by the small, bottom Ventilating fan. I have had this motor replaced 1x already, and will not pay this manufacturer to do it again. That is the outcome of running this equipment 10-11 hours per day, 7 days per week in a poorly ventilated space. Use on top of a table for Wedding, or Birthday Parties, as well as all other Celebrations. WHAT A GREAT HIT this is for both the Young and the Old. Add this to your Catering options and watch your business GROW ~~~~~ Same for on open top Restaurant Catering or Commercial Food application. Surround this Fountain with Healthy snacks on toothpicks. The Brushed Stainless Steel center tube has some dings in the top and bottom, but Nothing that detracts from the display, either running or sitting idle. There is only one way to attach the Tube to it's base. The center auger is stout and without issue. The exterior of the Base is in Great Condition. One note of forewarning. This is a Heavy and bulky piece of equipment, because after all, it is Industrial Grade. The Auger and center tube will separate easily at any juncture of either assembly or Disassembly. The set up person must control these two pieces or there will be more dings in the Center Post. Variety Tube toppers and Additional Metal Tiers are available from the manufacturer for alternate Unique designs and create your own Display Fountain outcomes.
