Standard Bind-Fast 5 Binding System The Standard Bind-Fast 5 is the ideal tabletop padding and binding system for meeting the demands of today's short-run/on-demand production environments. Versatile enough to perform three different bind styles -- instant padding, 'wrap-around' perfect book binding, and report binding -- the Bind-Fast 5 is simple, quick and creates binds for just pennies a bind. Features: Instant Padding - The Bind-Fast 5 in padding mode is an exceptional padding machine with the ability to pad over 1,000 quarter inch thick pads an hour. Wrap-Around Perfect Binding - The Bind-Fast 5 is transformed from an exceptional padding machine into a perfect-bound book binding system in a matter of seconds with the use of an optional Nipper Clamp Cover Table. The Nipper Clamp Cover Table allows you to quickly and easily produce up to 150 perfect bound books per hour in sizes from 1 3/4" in thickness to 15 1/4" in length. Report Binding - The Bind-Fast 5 also features report style binding when faster book production or a larger book thickness is required.
