No bulky rings. No clips or springs. Just two metal strips go through holes in paper and you fold over metal strip and slide lock over the end to hold in place. They could hold up to 2 1/2 " of 8 1/2 " by 11" sheets of paper or reports. PAYMENTS We accept all major credit cards through PayPal. When paying by PayPal, please make payment within 24 hours of close of the auction or send us an email advising when you will be paying so we will hold your purchase. We must receive your payment within 7 calendar days from close of auction. After 7 days eBay will send you a non-payment notice to pay within 4 days. If not paid they will file a non-payment strike against your eBay account and refund to us the charges they made to us for the sale.
