 You are bidding on a brand new BINKS 80-228 Aluminum Pressure Cup, Screw Type Lid, "Steadi-Grip" Pressure container. This item is new in the original box. Box shows storage wear, creases, dust, etc.  There a few cosmetic scratches on tank from storage and multiple moves, otherwise this item looks like it just came off the store shelf.  Instructions show yellowing, folds, some tears and are in rough shape (as seen in images), but this does not affect the operation of pressure container.
