BIO-RAD Polaron e5400 SEM Sputter Coating System This came a working lab, but don’t know if  the valving/pumping is intact since an external pump was used to draw a vacuum.  But electronics were working when it was shut down, but can't guarantee that these are working, either.  It was used to deposit thin gold films and the ( home made , thin foil) gold target is still on the system.  I'm listing this as pick-up, but will ship.  Shipping will require some packing and I haven't estimated how hard that would be, so contact me on pricing.
