This unit was removed from The State of North Carolina during an upgrade. We powered it on and it appears to be functional and passed all self tests. We are not able to test it any further so we are selling it AS-IS. Cosmetically it shows normal signs of use with some scuffs and scratches (please see pictures). The exterior case is taped together since the screw studs have pulled through. This does not appear to effect the functionality. Due to our limited working knowledge and/or lack of additional equipment for this item no further testing was performed. We have no reason to believe it is not fully functional but cannot guarantee it since we could not fully test it.
