This item is in good cosmetic condition with some minor wear including scuff marks and scratches. The function buttons and connections are in good condition. Please refer to the photos below for more details on the item. This item was plugged in and powered on properly. We set the item to 80V and connected a volt meter to the item and pressed run. Our meter never showed anything. We tested the item several times and still did not get any output. This item did not give any errors. We are unsure the reason for this and the item will be sold as Parts or Repair.
