This is a new in original packaging CellMicrosieve at a 50 micron pore size  CellMicroSieves allow the rapid, yet gentle, isolation of cells, organelles, or cellular debris.  Unlike traditional filters, CellMicroSieves are a precision woven matrix of pure nylon filaments that are available with pores ranging from 5 to 200 microns.  CellMicroSieves do not wet and contains no dyes, detergents or extractables.  Extremely low protein affinity means that cells and proteins will not bind to CellMicroSieves.  They have a wide variety of distinctive uses as specific sized porous screens in the laboratory: Rapid collection of tissue culture cells without centrifugation. Isolation of specific cell types from a dissociated tissue sample, allowing only a single type of cell to pass through. Separation of different sized cells from a mixture of cell types. Concentration and isolation of cells from a bioreactor. Barrier to separate cells or tissues, while allowing free media diffusion. Prefilter to prevent clogging of final filter.    CellMicroSieves are versatile tools in the laboratory.
