This is a BIRD APM-10B wattmeter element. This element is designed for use with the BIRD APM-16 Wattmeter. This element was only used a few times for testing a particular piece of equipment and mostly sat in the drawer in it's case. NOTE : This is not for a BIRD 43 wattmeter.
