BitScope BS310U Dual Channel Mixed Signal Oscilloscope This auction is for a used BitScope BS310U (USB) Dual Channel Mixed Signal Oscilloscope in excellent condition. It includes all of the items that originally came with it plus two PRB-01 Analog Probes (100 MHz) and an LP103W Logic Pod. This unit connects to your PC via USB to give you a 2 channel 100 MHz analog scope plus 10 channels of digital scope. The part I liked and used it for was the storage capability for digital logic circuits. This thing was great when I was working on digital electronics and microprocessors but I haven’t messed with those things for years. Instead of just letting the BitScope set in the box I figure I’d put it up for sale to someone that can use it. According to BitScope’s website, their current versions of software are compatible with any equipment that they ever made so you can get the latest from their site. One word of warning. If you are going to use it on UNIX do so at your own risk... BitScope has UNIX software for this but I can’t say that it will work. I sold this to a gentleman on eBay and he tried to install it on a UNIX machine and could never get his computer/drivers to recognize the BitScope. I think that there are simply too may versions of UNIX out there to cover all the bases. I let him return it for a refund. When I got it back I tried it on both Win XP and 7. Both were new installs of the current software and both worked fine. So, Windows yes, UNIX no. I don’t know what to tell you about it really. As I said, it’s in excellent condition with everything that came with it new plus the Analog Probes and Logic Probe as options.
