Fryer is natural gas, 120 volts, NSF, ANSI approved and UL listed as a commercial Pressure Fryer. Fryer comes complete as pictured and is ready for use. Fryer has stainless steel construction,stainless steel wells, easy rolling castors, complete filtering system, 90,000 btu rating and everything listed below. Fryer has been in use up to date and is in excellent working condition. Oil heats up quickly, wells do not leak all functions are properly working. Fryer weighs approx. 600 lbs and can be picked up or shipped from either of our 13440 or 14482 locations. All of our equipment is tested and cleaned before shipping. There is no charge to ship and crate this fryer to your commercial location.
