We have raised Marans for 6 years now. Fertility is over 85%, it is difficult to candle the eggs due to the color. I am breeding from 3 males and 9 females. THE BIRDS HAVE BEEN LAYING FOR 3 OR 4 MONTHS, SO THE EGG COLOR HAS LIGHTENED UP, AS SEEN IN THE PHOTO. I am breeding to the APA Standard. The eggs will be no more than 2 days old at the time of shipping. We cannot guarantee hatchability due to reasons beyond our control once they are shipped. For instance; extreme temperature changes, poor handling of the package, and x-ray machines. Please leave your feedback based on the quality of the packaging and the eggs appearance when arriving.
