How do you "promote" a pen ? Well, how about: Take look at almost any Police Officers uniform pocket and see what is in the breast pocket For 19 years I carried the same Silver Cross Pen and pencil They are made in the United States of America (Imagine that) and have an unconditional lifetime warranty The ink fill not included but I can tell you even when working traffic it would go years without a change Cross will fix the mechanical aspects of the pen if you use it as a chisel and wack it with a hammer(This I do not personally guarantee but Cross says unconditional mechanical guarantee) This is a beautiful matte black so I suggest if you are buying it for your favorite officer you think about someone who wears a light blue or white shirt 9Hey, even supervisors deserve something nice now and then) It has not been engraved and in fact I'm hoping the note I placed in the box almost 20 years ago saying "fine black ink" is correct as teh pen has never been used It comes in a metal tin that is, well it's a metal tin in perfect shape but it's a metal tin would have thought abetter presentation box be included but...I noticed the box has a few small scuffs on the bottom ridges from being moved in and out of a shelf but no dents or defects Found this on line PEN,BALL,CLASSIC BLACK W/23kt UPC# 073228025025 Retail $58.00 [CRO 2502] Classic® Century® Satin Pen.
