Up for bid is this amazing piece of commercial service ware. It is a huge soup serving and warming pot. I found this item at akitchen.com brand new for sale for $539.00. Another new one, a 7 qt. is listed on eBay for $639.95. The manufacturer is Server, Model Number 84300, SKU:84300. It has a few scratches as you can see in the pictures. The lid doesn't latch on in the back, it will lift off, but it will stay on if you just tilt it back. I think that's an easy fix. There is no ladle or magnetic label card. It weighs 22 lbs. Water vessel and hinged lid are stainless steel. Lid stays upright during ladling and features a rim that collects moisture and returns it to the food. Includes exclusive 11-quart stainless steel inset and a write-on magnetic flavor card with wipe-off marker. The precalibrated positive off thermostat controls a 1500 watt heating element. Temperature settings marked on thermostat knob range from 60 Fahrenheit to 200 Fahrenheit.
