This is a black Samsill Briefcase Monarch Planner size 3-ring binder with zipper closure in excellent condition. Made by Leed's. Takes 8.5 x 11" paper. The outside dimensions are: 14.5 x 12 x 3.25". Three rings measure 2". There are full-page size open compartments on the outside front and back for the handles to slip down into. The inside front cover has a two full-page expandable compartments with a full-length half-page compartment with a picture id window pouch and a small open, open-face compartment. The other side has a full-width slot at the top for a writing tablet and a pen holder on the side. Due to recent unnecessary returns, I'm compelled to say, before you offer to buy, make sure you know what size your planner is that you already have or what size you really need to accommodate the size pages you already have.
