Here are the details (please see more detailed photos below): 100% leather construction 3 braided tails (about 20" long) leather strap for your wrist & hanging 9 1/4" long handle overall length is about 29 1/4" (not including the wrist strap) lightweight design This flogger is brand new, and fully functional. Please take appropriate precautions when using such items. This is the perfect tool for keeping your animals in line out on the farm.  It's very durable, and made to last. NO RESERVE!
