Blakeslee B-20-CA Mixer Details: Blakeslee mixers are easy to use and easy to clean. Start-Stop buttons, timer and transmission shift lever are standard. The automatic 15-minute timer shuts off this Blakeslee mixer. The 20 qt commercial mixing bowl automatically locks in the full UP or DOWN position. Hard enamel painted and polished aluminum finishes are easy to clean. Solid stainless steel bowl guards double as splash shields. Commercial 20 quart cart-mounted model lets you take the mixer where it is needed.
