If purchased from within CANADA - it'll be shipped from Canada. If purchased from within USA - it'll be shipped from Washington State - we're a border town. Please note that top of ice hopper has a cracks from the vibration and wear (this is normal wear) - it has been repaired but we don't guarantee it obviously. It does not effect the operation  in anyway as it's not in the ice bin. If your buying a used one, they'll have them - I've even received them new like that from the factory as well. It has a newer touch screen with a clear and bright blue lcd and new blender motor (the new motors have a chrome base, instead of the black plastic base). Don't be fooled by others.. Machine will be shipped in a factory box ensuring it arrives safely. Electronic manual is included as well. Buyer pays actual shipping... or can arrange pick up.
