BLODGETT 1000 Double Stacked Gas Commercial PIZZA OVENS  -  1000 Series.  These ovens have been completely gone over, tested, and run great. They are in excellent working condition. Blodgett is top of the line when it comes to Pizza Ovens and all commercial restaurant equipment. Quite simply, deck ovens produce the best pizza! Blodgett deck ovens allow for more flavor development, a crispier crust and better tasting toppings. Bake directly on our Ultra Rokite stone deck -- designed for even heat transfer and moisture absorption, which means crispier crusts for your pizza.   These ovens have been disassembled and out now back at my warehouse.   Model # 1000 - Natural Gas - 60,000 BTUs per Burner / 120,000 BTUs Total per Oven Please email me with any questions that you have.
