BLODGETT DOUBLE STACK CONVECTION OVEN ~ NATURAL GAS ~ Needs a little work .... Description: What we have is a Blodgett Double Stack Convection Oven. Natural Gas. The upper oven works and has no known issues. The lower oven was in the process of being repaired when this particular restaurant closed its doors. It needs the chain mechanism (which assists in the closing of the doors) repaired or replaced. And it also requires a new burner assembly. The electronics were tested and everything worked fine, however, there may be additional gas issues that I am unaware of as I could not do any further testing. The wheels will need to be replaced as the rubber has long since deteriorated and some of the wheels are now more oval than round. This is a great opportunity to get into one of these ovens for a relatively low-cost and you can fix the lower oven as you go. Please read over this description several times as I want to make sure you realize what you are purchasing. Also, please be sure to look at all the pictures. As the ovens are connected, they are being sold for parts or repair with no warranties expressed or implied. Due to the size and weight of the unit it will be shipped freight collect via my freight carrier. A $100 palleting fee will apply. Please read the freight section below for specifics.
