The Blodgett Double Stack Steel Deck Roasting Ovens, Model# 966, are reconditioned and perfect for all-purpose roasting and gentle baking needs. With basic sections that can operate alone or in combination, these ovens offer a range of features and benefits. The oven's exterior construction includes a full angle iron frame, counterbalanced doors with concealed hinges, and a heavy chrome plated tubular steel door handle. The vitreous fiber insulation is located at the top, back, sides, bottom, and doors. The interior of each oven offers a 42" x 32" x 16 1/4" oven compartment interior, one cooking compartment per oven, and an aluminized steel combustion chamber. The oven's operation is facilitated by a free-floating, easily removable duplex-tube burner, and removable fixed orifices on the main and pilot burner. The main gas valve, temperature control valve, and safety pilot valve are fully within section body and are accessible through a covered and ventilated compartment in front. Additionally, air mixers with adjustable air shutters and locking devices, and a liquid pressure thermostat with a temperature control range of 200В° F to 500В° F are featured. The Blodgett Double Stack Steel Deck Roasting Ovens can hold a variety of pan capacities, including 10" pie tins, 18" x 26" bun pans, 29 1/2" x 5" bread pans, 24 9" x 7" roll pans, 16 19" x 4" pullman pans, 14 13" x 16 1/2" cup tins, and 2 roast pans. The ovens use natural gas and provide 50,000 BTU's per oven, totaling 100,000. With an approximated size of 60" w, 38" d, 68 7/8" h, and an approximated weight of 630 lbs. per oven, totaling 1190 lbs., these ovens are NSF Approved and available for pick-up.
