Blodgett has been building ovens for well over 100 years. Blodgett has always set the bar for ovens and are what all others are compared to. Sort of like a Ferrari in your kitchen - Small, well built and really fast! Don't be fooled by the compact size. This is Blodgett’s half size (half sheet) oven and is designed for the professional kitchen that wants all of the features and speed of a full size convection oven but where space (or lack of it) is a concern. This very capable oven uses similar elements and fan motor that you will find in their full size ovens. The thermostat goes from 200 to 500 degrees. All of that power in such a small package will cause you to cook much faster, efficiently and with more control. This beautiful, space saving oven would be the perfect choice for a small, high-end Bistro or any on-demand bakery. It would also be a great fit in a very large kitchen that doesn't want to tie up a large oven for smaller demands. The oven is in EXCELLENT condition... As you can see the inside starlight porcelain looks like black chrome. The glass is so crystal clear that it's like you can reach right into the oven.
