This full size single deck electric convection oven gives you plenty of space to cook your restaurant's most famous ribs, braised steaks, and chicken even faster and for a more delicious product than when using a standard oven! Thanks to 11 kW of heating power and a two speed fan, this unit circulates hot air through the cabinet for even cooking and crisp, juicy food your customers are sure to love. It requires a 220/240V, 1 phase electrical connection for operation. A full angle iron frame combines with a stainless steel front, top, sides for a reliable unit that can even support a second unit stacked on top. With dual pane thermal glass windows and a single handle to open both doors simultaneously, these doors open and close smoothly and with great efficiency. The interior is porcelainized for easy clean up and features 11 rack positions to give you flexibility in arranging the 5 included racks. User-friendly manual controls ensure that even your most inexperienced employee can operate the oven, from setting the timer to adjusting the temperature at anywhere from 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit with just the turn of a knob.
