PRODUCT DESCRIPTION Blodgett Gas Convection Mini Rotating Rack Bakery Oven. The Blodgett XR8-G with stand mini-rack oven does the work of a full size rotating rack oven. The proven in-shot burner technology saves on energy costs. The 8 rotating pan rack and unique airflow system ensure even baking every time. The internal steam system is perfect for baking. The oven racks can be easily adjusted and are removable for dishwasher cleaning.
