Claims due to the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Amberdi Inc are limited to the amount paid to Amberdi Inc by Buyer on specific invoice(s) in question. The law of the State of California applies to construction and interpretation of this Agreement. Jurisdiction is the State of California and venue is the County of Los Angeles.
