It cuts whole potatoes into 9/32" square fries. It can be mounted to a counter or to a board to make operation easier. With the upcoming summer coming, meaning time to think about the fairs and other gathering that would make this a very handy tool. Here you have a vintage manual French fry cutter that will cut up 50 lbs an hr. if someone is in shape.
