(after payment is recieved/cleared) Priority mail is approx. 4-5 days. First class is approx. 7-8 days. Please allow extra time during holidays. We will not pay anything for shipping to you. Priority USPS is the most economical, just like the commercial says, ?If it fits it ships?. I put up to 70 pounds in their box and hand it to the Postal Worker. Packing material (handling charges) still costs you something more. ALL OTHER WAYS TO SHIP WILL COST YOU MORE, THAT?S IT! We do charge handling charges for the packing materials, box, our time. THIS WILL BE AT OUR DISCRETION! Priority Mail SHIPS up to 70 pounds, if it fits in their box. As a seller I will do everything I can to help get refunds/claim damage returned to my buyers.   Please note this will take time and more work on my part, but I am a seller and this is one of my responsibilities with each and every client. BUT buyers can make this easier for both of us. This is most important with glass items/breakables. ·         When the item is delivered, give the box a small shake-can you hear breakage/damage— IF SO do not accept the delivery (refuse) and have them send it back to me. If you’re not at home, still check before you open the box (small shake) -- don't open it--take it to post office and again tell them you refuse shipment. The post office will send it back without cost IF it's not opened. If you have a problem with the clerk ask for the post master!   Seller is the only one that can make the claim (not eBay/Seller’s rules –these are the post office rules and most all shippers). This is the reason sellers will state that they will not pay for damaged return shipping costs – those costs most times happen because the box has been opened.  The postal clerk will make notes; they received and then ship back to me. I then, will go to the post office, where they will open the box at that time, make notes and I will file the claim. NOTE: With eBay (doesn’t matter if we had insurance for more money) shippers, all of them, will ONLY pay the amount that client (buyer) paid for the item –I will need to fill out forms, give them the copies of the sale (prove of the value) and shipping costs. Again only the cost of price+shipping is returned to buyer. Most times this takes about 2-3months from claim to payout and me refunding the buyer. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE ME A NEGATIVE FEEDBACK IF THE SHIPPING SERVICE IS AT FAULT FOR THE DAMAGE! I HAVE NO CONTROL ONCE IT LEAVES HERE SO TO JUDGE MY STORE BY THERE DELIVERY WOULD BE UNFAIR.
