DID YOU KNOW IT TAKES 20 LBS OF BLUE BIRD FLOUR TO MAKE ONE REVERSABLE WELDING CAP?***WELL, NOT THE FLOUR EXACTLY, JUST THE SACK. HOW TO MAKE A FLOUR SACK CAP.... #1--Find an empty 20lb Blue Bird flour sack. #2--Remove reinforcing string by hand. #3--Turn it inside out and Wash and Dry it. #4--Cut off serging thread and open it flat and iron out wrinkles. (This takes time considering our inverter won't support an electric iron so I am left using an old fashioned flat iron heated on the stove. Ironing over Parchment paper is a boon since I can't tell how hot the flat iron is :)#5--Cut out pattern trying to fit in 7 pieces as to make the pictures stand out. #6--Sew Sew Sew.  PRE WASHED FABRIC***WHITE INNER LINING OF FLOUR SACK FABRIC*** SIZE***7 AROUND HEAD.
