Split Leather Welding Cape Sleeve Vest Made of Split Leather Blue Brute Manufacturing Small Size: 23" from shoulder to sleeve end 17" across back or across chest Includes bib apron for extra frontal protection.  Snaps into place. These welding cape vests were purchased as surplus from NASA Aerospace.  They have been in storage for a long time.  And as such, the plastic covering is deteriorated, and there is oxidation on some of the metal buttons.  May have soil or fade marks somewhere on the garment from storage.  The letters NASA appears somewhere on the inside of the garment.  Most of the pictures in this listing are pictures of a sold unit that was not wrapped.
