Much better pic :) This team work motivational figurine is absolutely beautiful and different in my opinion. Would be great for an office or any other place where a group of people come together to accomplish something. The base is metal with a mirror on top. The 3 nude? (not anatomical correct) men are standing on a mirror platform. Men are metal as well. They look like chrome. Magnet does not attach to the metal parts. On top of the men is a ring that supports a frosted heavy solid glass ball of the world. Height with the ball measures 5". The base measures 4-1/4" per side. This has never been displayed, but when I took the pics I dropped the glass ball and it has now a very small scratch. Nothing major or ugly. The box is lined and the outside has a few scuffs. Still suitable for gift giving. If there where any pamphlets with this they are missing. This was made by Bluestone Designs The Art of Giving.
