This is a great tool  to get a message out to your customers as they are waiting "on hold".  Examples - you could record a message about your company - about your staff - about your service - about your company history, etc.  Our messages were split up by pauses for music between each message - we had five or six different messages.  You can hire a company to record your cassette tape for you - or if you have a recorder, do it yourself.  We replaced it because we had some message changes to make and chose a new digital replacement - at the cost of almost $300.00.  There was nothing wrong with this one - we just bought a package of messages and went with a new player that was USB instead of cassette.  So it works and might be the solution for your business.  Shipping to US only.  Free shipping.
