  This auction is for this Bookbinding Book Press: Book Binding Book Press for binding books With the Brass Edges: This handcrafted book press is made of hardwood and has been polyurethane treated and hand varnished for water resistance with brass. There are four threaded 3/8" rods tapped in the base attached with 3/8 nylon nuts and with wing nuts for applying pressure to the book. The press has brass shims for holding the book while it is drying or working on the spine. The bolts are hand tapped in the wood. The press is 15” x 10” x 3/4” and the opening or daylight between the boards is 5 1/2 ” wide and will accommodate a book up to 12” wide and 5" thick. This press has a 6” handle for easy carrying from one room to another or holding the press in your lap. ================== Payment method: Paypal or email for payment arrangements.
