PLEASE NOTE : I only build a few of these bookcase cabinet units per year as I have time. If you are not in a hurry I may be interedted in designing and building your custom bookcase unit. This large bookcase is made from Red Oak. The shelves are solid oak and double edged front and back to resist sagging under load from heavy books. The shelves are adjustable up and down, and the very top is completely flat and finished to act as another shelf. The sides and back are made from high quality plywood, everything else is solid Oak. Includes adjustable floor levelers and a wall bracket to secure to a wall stud at the top. Clear semi-gloss finish. Classic style moldings at the base and top. Double "fluted" sides stile face frames. Solid Oak face frame construction with tongue and groove case joinery makes these bookcases extremely sturdy. Features lower raised panel doors made from solid oak mounted with fully adjustable hinges and satin nickel knobs. This particular bookcase measures 84" high, 96" wide and 12" deep. Each unit, of 3, has 3 fixed shelves, (very top, middle,and very bottom) and 4 adjustable shelves. Comes as 3 separate bookcases, that you bolt together, all hardware is included. If you have acces to a comercial loading dock, you might save some money having it shipped there. This item ships as motor freight delivery, on a semi truck. It will be secured to a pallet and packaged very well. I use reclaimed packing material to pack all my furniture, and I have an endless supply.
