Booklets of size A3 folded to A4, A4to A5, A5 to A6 etc can be produced on this portable table top machine at a rate of approximately 10 per minute. Maximum folio thickness is about 16 sheets of 80 GSM plus 160 cover producing an 64 page booklet. Square spined booklets can be formed by pre-creasing the cover card. The bookleteer can also be used as a card creasing machine for material from digital paper stock up to 500gsm using supplied creasing matrix DESCRIPTION OF OPERATION. NEW ! The lever is pushed down this time to form a plunge fold thus forming the booklet, The booklet is removed and closed. As a creasing machine the folding die is replaced with a creasing matrix strip (supplied) which has 2 operating faces to suit paper/card up to 500+ gsm card.
