The saw's own electronic package includes Electronic Motor Protection (EMP) to protect the motor against overload and ensures a long lifetime. The CRS180 uses Bosch 18-Volt Lithium-Ion batteries - sold separately - that feature the innovative Cool Pack design to ensure optimum heat dissipation and therefore increase lifetime by up to 100-percent compared to batteries without Cool Pack.
