Really cool local find: Super retro, vintage desk or office decoration, one of a kind Boss's Day gift, conversation starter, or statement piece.  I listed it as "used" because there's no box--but it looks bright and clean and has the original booklet attached that contains the "10 Terrific Reasons for Passing The Buck" (see pics of sample reasons and a summary).  The only issues I see are that there's some fading around the booklet (and maybe a little around edges of inside matting--but hard to say because I also think it's just that 1980s yellowish tan color) and the metal clips on the back of the frame have some tarnish (but it's the back).  (I personally think it all adds to the overall hard-to-find vintage character of such desk art!) It's an ironic play on Harry S. Truman's famous desk plaque.  The dollar is from 1981--very Ronald Reagan era or Wall Street culture.  It's a real dollar (crisp and looks uncirculated), that you could also spend "in case of emergency" (as stated on cover).  Treat yourself to a one-of-a-kind desk object.  It would also be a great present for that special boss, favorite employee, or loved one.  Please note that I will ship ONLY to the lower 48 states in the United States for this shipping fee.  Thanks.
